Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return or exchange something, you have 30 days from the date you receive your items. So that we can handle your return efficiently please:

  • Contact us first so that we know to expect your return
  • Post it back to us by recorded delivery (we will refund this to you if the product is faulty in any way.)
  • We will then refund you or exchange your items for you.
As written in the distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, CDs or USBs if you have opened the tamper seal, unless the item turns out to be faulty.

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.  Any returned items must reach us in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present.

Order Errors and Cancellations

If there are any errors or shortages in your order call us on 07553 457168 or email info@debbimooredesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the dispatch of your products. To cancel an order call 07553 457168 or email info@debbimooredesigns.com quoting your order number and the reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once your items have been dispatched.
