Instructions:

Cut 2 pieces of card 23.4cm x 21cm, then measure and score 4 lines on both pieces at 2cm, 4.1cm, 19.3cm and 21.5cm.

Cover the main section with backing paper, then using a large die cut out flowerburst shape.  TOP TIP: If you don’t have a die, cut out the large topper, and drawn round it using a pencil on the centre of one of the cards, then cut the aperture out using a craft knife.

Cover the back piece with backing paper attaching with double sided tape or glue.

Cut out your decoupage topper, and layer up the sections using foam pads or silicone glue.  Fix the large topper to the centre back using foam pads.  Add glitter highlights to the topper now before assembling the card.  Use a Quickie Glue pen and ultra fine glitter.

Fix the 2 piece of card together, attached them at the sides with double sided tape or glue.

Attach ribbon strips along the edges using double sided tape or glue.  Then cut out strips of paper and fix along the front as shown.

Cut 2 sentiments out and attach one to the topper and the other to the bottom right of the card as shown using foam pads.
